Description: It may seem like just fun experiments to try at home, but Everyday Science invites the characters and the audience to use scientific principles and creative and deductive thinking to explain common experiences.  Why doesn’t your drink overflow when the ice melts? Why can you blow across the top of a bottle and get a sound? Why does a rainbow happen? Starring Dr. Mary Ellen Druyan as the experiment leader, she brings her warmth as a mom and scientific expertise to the kitchen table.
