This documentary examines REST’s life saving mission as Men’s Shelters on the North Side of Chicago are disappearing. REST was founded in 1979 when a homeless man froze to death in a dumpster and neighbors’ vowed to never let it happen again... But it did on Christmas Day 2008 blocks from a shelter where there was no room for him.
